Cancelling a grading order in the my.taggrading.com customer portal allows the customer to begin their submission again, e.g. it clears the prior entered Card ID information. A cancellation does not initiate a refund under any circumstances.

All refund requests for orders which have not yet been sent to TAG must be directed to our Customer Service Team through [email protected] - please let our team know the relevant order number, the e-mail attached to your TAG Grading order, and your reason for requesting a refund and our team should be able to fulfill most requests.
