Does TAG offer a Minimum Grade service?

TAG does not offer a Minimum Grade service to the public, e.g. a service where a customer's cards would not be encapsulated if below a grade set by the customer at the time of purchase. A customer cannot, for example, request to only have their cards encapsulated if they score above an 8.
