TAG's Submission Kit service is only available in the United States and Canada currently.
Due to recent changes in U.S. policy, which have complicated the international shipping process, TAG will temporarily be accepting submissions only from the following countries until further notice. We will be working at streamlining the shipping process and opening our services to other countries as soon as possible, with an eye on expansion through authorized affiliate partners in many countries.
At this moment, TAG can only accept orders from the following countries:
United States
Canada
United Kingdom via https://thesubcenter.co.uk/ and https://gradewithtag.com/
Japan
Singapore
Spain
We are actively working to expand the list of accepted locations and will keep you updated as we are able to accommodate more areas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and continued support. We would encourage collectors in currently-ineligible countries to contact [email protected] to voice your support for an official TAG Affiliate Partner in your region.
Customers in eligible regions outside of the US and Canada who place grading orders will need to mail their cards to TAG directly using a shipping service of their choice. We highly recommend using an insured shipping carrier for all international shipments. Pricing and return shopping costs will adjust to local currency and to reflect international shipping fees at checkout.
TAG Customer Service is currently only available in the English language, and all inquiries sent to [email protected] must be sent in English.
TAG does not accept any cards in languages outside of English and Japanese currently. TAG does not accept Pokemon cards in Chinese, Korean, Spanish, or German at this time. A thorough guide to TAG's grading eligibility can be found at https://help.taggrading.com/en/articles/6712887-what-can-i-grade-with-tag
Our Data Team is aware that our current Order Management System in the my.taggrading.com customer portal does not allow for full international phone number input and hopes to have this issue resolved in the near future.
Currently, we recommend proceeding with the phone number as (111) 111-1111 or simply entering your phone number without a country code. We apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to correcting this issue in the coming months.
