To convert a card which was graded by TAG without TAG Score (1000pt scoring), TAG Grading services with TAG Score must be purchased. TAG is not able to update a card's digital report without the return of the card to TAG's facility.

The same process would also apply to having a TAG Grading card converted to TAG V for encapsulation without a grade, and for removing the TAG Score feature from a card for reprocessing under the tier previously known as TAG X.

The customer would need to purchase the grading service they wish for their order, input the card into the my.taggrading.com customer portal the same as they would otherwise, and would need to send the card in its original casing for purposes of preserving grade integrity - a card removed from its original casing by the customer before returning it to TAG may not have its prior grade honored by TAG necessarily, as there may be risk of new damage from the removal process or in shipment to TAG.

Upon receipt the card will be reprocessed and inspected and then reslabbed and imaged under its new grading or encapsulation tier.
