Turnaround time at TAG begins with the first full business day following receipt of your order at the TAG facility in Los Angeles, and, as with all third-party grading companies, is calculated in Business/Working Days (Monday-Friday, and excluding federal holidays).

​Turnaround time ends with Order Completion, after which your cards are brought to our Shipping Department for final shipment and all grades and slab images become available to the customer in the my.taggrading.com customer portal, as well as in the TAGgrading.com Population Report database. Turnaround time does not include any shipping time.

​TAG's turnaround times for Standard (10-15 Business Days) and Priority (3-5 Business Days) are estimates and are guaranteed, although our team does their best to meet these estimates whenever possible.

Affiliate submissions - submissions submitted on behalf of customers by affiliate partners - often move slower through all processes as they are a part of larger submissions and do not move forward between stages of TAG's grading process until the complete order has been approved for each stage.
