Regarding cards damaged en route to the customer which suffers from cracks, damage, or debris upon delivery, TAG does offer a complimentary re-slabbing service provided our team is informed of the issue within 10 business days of the arrival of the order to the customer. Please contact [email protected] concerning this issue, with your order number, affected certification number, and images of the issue in question to submit your issue for approval.
Regarding a slabbing service for slabs which were accidentally damaged by the collector, TAG's fee is $10/card plus shipping. If a customer purchases a reslab service in conjunction with a new Grading Package, it will be eligible for combined shipping as long as the card for reslabbing is included with their submission.
