I placed my order using the wrong e-mail - can I have it transferred?

As TAG's web store is built on the Shop Pay platform, Shop Pay account linked payments may take priority if a customer is using a service such as PayPal or Apple Pay to complete their purchase. The e-mail connected to the linked payment will take priority over the customer's TAG Grading account e-mail if they are different.

If your order has been connected to a different e-mail through Shop Pay and you wish to have it connected to an existing TAG Grading account, please contact [email protected] with the following information -

Your TAG Grading receipt order number from Shopify - this will begin with TAG and follow a format of TAGXXXXX with numbers in the place of "X"

Your preferred my.taggrading.com account e-mail address.

Our team will be able to transfer most orders within two business days of the request, depending on our Data Team's availability. Before requesting an order transfer, please login to my.taggrading.com and make sure your default shipping address has been entered and is correct. Our Data Team is not able to make any order transfers to my.taggrading.com accounts which do not have set default addresses.
