While we stress orders must be sent to TAG with order and contact information, our team understands mistakes do happen and many customers do forgot to include their packing list in their outgoing packages to TAG.

If you have forgot your packing list inside your package, please contact [email protected] with your order number, e-mail, and name and address, so we may flag our Shipping Department to the contents of your incoming package.

Our Shipping Department is flagged regarding orders which do not include packing lists and does their best to reconcile flagged orders to orders which have been received and do not have order information included, but these are not prioritized over orders which have been sent properly.
​
The absence of a packing list / packing list should cause a brief a delay following receipt in processing, but we do not believe this issue should cause a significant problem if flagged properly early.
