The most common issue customers have using the my.taggrading.com portal is with beginning the Card Entry process after purchasing grading services.

​To begin the Card Entry process, please login to my.taggrading.com using the e-mail address connected to your purchase.

Next, click "Start New Submission" and you should see your order awaiting Card Entry input.

Please note the TAG Grading online store runs on Shopify's Shop Pay platform, and if you are using a Shop Pay payment account, your order is automatically connected to the e-mail of your linked payment, even if this e-mail is different than your existing my.taggrading.com customer account.

Please contact [email protected] if you wish to have an order transferred to a different account following purchase.
