Due to a recent rise in submission volume at TAG throughout the month of February and into March 2025, turnaround times at TAG are currently impacted as our team has had to create new space at our facility, train new hires, and expand several processes and production teams significantly, with the aim of handling this current influx of orders and building successful workflows to process larger quantities of cards moving forward..

At this moment, the majority of orders are being processed by our Receiving Team within 5-10 Business Days of arrival to our facility, Submission Kit orders are shipping within 5-10 Business Days of order placement, and some grading orders are seeing delays in processing.

While all TAG Grading turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed, we do believe there are current delays affecting orders on TAG's no-longer-available Standard and Priority turnaround times, as well as orders placed using TAG's Regular and Bulk Value grading service.
