Is my order affected by changes in TAG's service levels?

All TAG Grading orders are processed with the services and estimated turnaround times of their purchase. If a customer has placed an order for a TAG service no longer being offered, their order will still be honored, regardless of whether or not the service has been discontinued or not.

For example, if a customer had placed a grading order under TAG's Standard (10-15 Business Days) grading tier, a tier no longer available for purchase, their order will still be processed under these terms, regardless of whether the customer has sent their cards to TAG for processing yet.

All orders currently at TAG will be processed under the terms of their original purchase - TAG does not change service speeds for in-house orders to reflect new pricing or turnaround times.
