Orders received to TAG are generally processed by our Receiving Team within 5-10 business days following receipt to our facility. Please keep in mind recently arrived orders to TAG must enter our Receiving Department's processing queue and are not marked as Received until these orders have been unboxed and inspected. The delivery of a package to TAG does not begin its turnaround time and orders are not marked as Received until their unboxing and inspection is completed.
TAG is able to confirm safe arrival to our facility for orders sent using UPS, FedEx, or DHL - please let our team know your tracking number and we can confirm arrival to the processing queue. USPS orders, which are delivered without signature confirmation to TAG's facility, cannot be confirmed in the receipt queue.
Please allow our team this time period to carefully unbox and process recently received orders using our safe handling protocols for valuables, which arrive to TAG by the hundreds every day, with a close to 400% increase in daily volume over the month of February 2025 resulting in longer receipt processing queues.
We have estimated most orders are being processed within 5-10 Business Days but cannot currently confirm the status of any order following receipt - our Shipping Department is expanding rapidly and working nights and weekends to attempt to alleviate the current backlog. We apologize for this issue and appreciate your patience as this department scales significantly in a short period of time.
Your order will update to Received when our Receiving Team has opened and processed your order. Please reach out if you do not see your order updated within ten business days of receipt to our facility. Our team also may be able to confirm delivery to our facility if you provide a tracking number for us to look into.
