An update on TAG's current order influx

A dramatic increase in demand for TAG's services has created a significant backlog of orders at our facility, with several hundred new packages arriving to TAG daily and creating a close to 500% increase in volume over the month of February.

We apologize for not being able to provide the most up-to-date information on packages which have arrived, but have not yet been processed by our Receiving Team. We recommend customers who have sent packages using UPS or FedEx confirm their tracking numbers - many of these services can confirm receipt to TAG's facility.

TAG's Receiving Department has expanded significantly to begin the month of March and multiple employees are working to handle the backlog of packages which has accumulated starting in mid-February. This immense number of packages is being handled carefully, with eyes on maintaining TAG's high quality standard for unboxing and care in Receiving all orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently confirm status of received packages which have not yet been unboxed, inspected, and processed, but we aim to update all received orders within an estimated 10 Business Days, with an aim to reduce this timeline dramatically in the coming weeks by continuing to expand our Receiving Department and through nights and weekends shifts with our available team.

TAG is currently offering a 15% off coupon for future purchases - TAGFEB15 - we understand the safe arrival and processing of orders is important to our collectors, and look forward to building new departments and workflows which will allow us to return to our prior standard for swift receipt and processing, as well as to build better processing systems for our collectors in the future as TAG continues to grow as a company and in the grading market.
