Why hasn't my order been marked as Received yet

TAG will be able to confirm receipt of the package at the RECEIVED stage, and will confirm contents of the package at ORDER PREP, and any orders shown as delivered before these steps should not be considered received at TAG until they are confirmed, unboxed, and reviewed by our team, which should occur within five business days of arrival to our facility at most.

TAG cannot confirm the arrival of a package through a carrier's tracking information definitively as packages are often delivered in dropoffs by the hundred and not all packages may be present as scanned. Additionally, TAG may request receipts and tracking information which confirms address to ensure all packages sent to TAG were addressed to the proper location.

If you have a package showing as Delivered through a carrier's tracking which has not updated in the my.taggrading.com customer portal after approximately five business days, please contact our support team directly through our Help ticketing system or [email protected].
