Orders received to TAG are generally processed by our Receiving Team within 5-10 business days following receipt to our facility, with an aim to reduce this time significantly within March and April 2025. Please keep in mind recently arrived orders to TAG must enter our Receiving Department's processing queue and are not marked as Received until these orders have been unboxed and inspected. The delivery of a package to TAG does not begin its turnaround time and orders are not marked as Received until their unboxing and inspection is completed.

TAG is able to confirm receipt of packages sent via FedEx and UPS - please provide your tracking number to our team and we can confirm safe arrival of packages sent through these carriers. TAG is not currently able to confirm USPS receipt, as these tracking numbers do not contain direct confirmation of signed delivery.
