What are those marks on the side of my TAG slab? Is my TAG slab cracked on the sides?

Because TAG's slabs are designed for maximum optical clarity as well as industry-leading UV resistance, the natural sonic welding points in TAG slabs are more visible than weld points seen on third-party grading company slabs with more opaque of frosted edges. This can create the appearance of cracks inside the edges of a TAG slab - these are natural welding points, not cracks or damage.

TAG Slabs are completely sealed through ultrasonic welding, creating a strong bond along the perimeter of the slab at specific welding points. While TAG slabs are not hermetically sealed (which would require a vacuum-sealed or airtight environment), each TAG slab offers significant protection against environmental factors such as dust, handling, and general weather exposure.
