Can I get an update on my order?

At this moment, TAG Grading Standard and Regular orders placed in the months of February and March 2025 are experiencing delays of roughly 10-15 Business Days following receipt processing in addition to our estimated turnaround times, as our Operations Team enacts new quality control measures and implements new departmental procedures related to the tremendous growth in demand for TAG's services over the recent months.

While all TAG Grading turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed, we do believe there are current delays affecting orders on TAG's no-longer-available Standard and Priority turnaround times, as well as orders placed using TAG's Regular and Bulk Value grading service.

Current Estimated Turnaround Times after Receipt Processing:

Standard orders: 20-30 Business Days

Regular orders: 15-25 Business Days

Bulk Value orders: 25-30 Business Days

Priority orders: 5-10 Business Days

Our Customer Service team is working to flag late orders to be prioritized by our Operations team. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer an estimate on order completion.

We encourage our collectors to monitor their orders in the my.taggrading.com customer portal for the latest updates on their orders as they progress. Our growing team is doing their best to meet this recent demand and uphold TAG's quality standards.
