TAG's Submission Kit service is only available in the continental United States at this moment.
TAG Customer Service is currently only available in the English language, and all inquiries sent to [email protected] are currently English language only.
TAG does not accept any cards in languages outside of English, Chinese and Japanese currently. TAG does not accept Pokemon cards in Korean, Spanish, or German at this time. Due to recent changes in U.S. policy, which have complicated the shipping process, TAGgrading.com is only accepting direct submissions for shipment in the continental United States at this time. We will be working at streamlining the shipping process and opening our services to other countries as soon as possible through the use of authorized affiliate partners.
TAG does not recommend the sending of cards to TAG's facility from outside of the United States due to high possibility of customs issues / larger possibility of package tampering and loss in transit. TAG is not responsible for incoming packages which arrive incomplete to TAG's facility.
IMPORTANT: All customer service requests and inquiries regarding to orders placed through affiliate partners are to be handled directly through the affiliate partner, and not through TAG Customer Service.
While TAG hopes to continue to expand international services in the future, TAG Score and other expedited services is not currently available in all affiliate partner regions.
