TAG wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a slab is returned to you with a labeling error or a significant defect, we are happy to re-slab the card, on us.

Regarding grades, it can be frustrating when there is a difference in opinion regarding the condition of your item. TAG's scoring methods are based on sophisticated and thoroughly-vetted objective algorithms. Detailed grading and imaging reports are available for review should the grade require additional information and explanation.

If you believe there is an error in your grading report, please feel free to reach out using the Chat in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

In most cases, there will be no refunds for any cards submitted for authentication and grading. More information can be found in our Terms of Service.

Regarding refunds of grading fees for ineligible cards, TAG recommends selecting our TAG Assure Service, which guarantees a 100% refund for cards rejected for ineligibility - TAG's currently-accepted cards can be viewed here: https://taggrading.com/pages/currently-grading

Ineligible cards in orders which did not select TAG Assure will be refunded 50% of their grading fees, with the other 50% a recoupment fee to TAG for associated labor costs pertaining to imaging and processing of ineligible cards.

All turnaround times on TAGgrading.com are estimates, and are not guaranteed. No refunds are offered or will be issued for orders which do not meet their estimated turnaround times.
