We highly recommend all customers review their orders before purchasing to ensure they have selected the correct grading/encapsulation service and quantity of cards they wish to submit to TAG.

Following the entry of Card ID information into the my.taggrading.com customer portal, all orders will be reviewed and validated by our Data Team for card eligibility.

If an order is using TAG's Submission Kit service, the order will be locked following approval of the Submission Kit service for shipment, and any Card ID changes must be requested through [email protected] - please include your order number and a list of cards you wish to remove and the information for the cards you wish to replace them with and our team will be happy to update your order in our system.

Orders which do not select TAG's Submission Kit service are not locked until the cards are received to TAG's facility. To edit an order you will be shipping to TAG yourself, a customer is able to edit their order in the my.taggrading.com customer portal - by clicking "EDIT" on the ENTERED CARDS line following selection of their order in your Order History.

To reprint your revised packing list, make sure you are logged into the TAG grading portal at my.taggrading.com and then head to

Replace "XXXXXXXXX" with your order number from the my.taggrading.com customer portal.
