TAG offers a Submission Kit service with every purchase for US $49.95 which includes supplies, packaging, and prepaid expedited shipping (US and Canada only)
If you did not purchase a Submission Kit/your order did not qualify for a Submission Kit, we suggest these guidelines for packaging your cards.
1. Place each card in a soft sleeve and then a semi-rigid card shield. Semi-rigid card shields are preferred to minimize the risk of card movement in transit. 3 5/16th x 4 7/8 semi-rigids such as Card Saver I are required.
Please refrain from sealing semi-rigids with clear tape or stickers or placing individual cards in team bags, which can delay the processing of cards by our Receiving Team.
Please do not send cards to TAG in top loaders, one-touch magnetic cases, screw-down holders, or Ultra-Pro Card Preservers. Orders sent which do not submit cards in semi-rigid shields may be subject to processing delays and handling fees.
2. Package the cards together between slightly larger pieces of cardboard with painters tape to secure the package.
3. Secure the cards with additional outer protection such as bubble wrap or shipping paper. Pack the items in a cardboard box** with order documentation, such as your packing list from your Submission e-mail or a copy of the order from the my.taggrading.com portal. Please package your cards in the order listed in your initial order for ease of receiving.

Please note that "Penthouse Floor" may not register with all shipping databases - in these cases, PH Floor, 4 Fl, or Fourth Floor may work.
4. (Express or Walkthrough ONLY) If you have ordered using the Express or Walkthrough service, please mark the outside of your package in dark bold letters: "EX" for Express, or "WK" for Walkthrough. Please do this on both sides of your package.

TAG recommends using UPS, FedEx, or DHL for incoming packages, as these carriers collect signature confirmation upon drop-off to our facility and allow TAG to confirm safe arrival to our collectors while packages are in the processing queue for our Receiving Team. TAG is not currently able to confirm receipt of packages sent using USPS as this service does not collect signatures at the time of delivery to our facility.
When your cards have arrived at TAG, you should see them updated in the my.taggrading.com portal as Received within 5-10 business days of arrival to our facility. Please allow our Receiving Team this time to process incoming orders with proper unboxing protocol and inspections before approving orders to move forward.
**= Collectors may send their cards to TAG however they feel comfortable and orders sent in bubble mailers will not rejected at receipt, however, TAG Customer Service will always recommend sending cards boxed for additional protection, and using an insured shipping service, as TAG is not responsible for damage to cards in transit to our facility.
