While TAG is able to ship to US PO Boxes, we do not recommend customers use a PO Box for TAG orders at this time. Our contracted carrier, FedEx, cannot deliver directly to PO Boxes and has to coordinate the completion of these shipments with USPS through their SmartPost system - this can often lead to delays due to the necessary coordination between these carriers. While these shipments are generally completed without issue, we recommend customers use non-PO Box addresses for their TAG Grading orders to prevent these complications.

TAG cannot deliver to international PO Boxes - customers who input international PO Box addresses with orders will be asked to submit alternate addresses before shipment.
