TAG offers a number of options to our collectors regarding insurance for their orders - insurance tiers per card can be viewed at the pricing menu at https://taggrading.com/pages/pricing. With the exception of orders which have selected TAG's Submission Kit service (which offers up to $1000 in coverage for the order in transit to TAG), TAG's insurance coverage only insures cards following their receipt to TAG, as coverage against loss or damage at TAG's facility or in return shipment.
Customers wishing to insure their orders further beyond these amounts may add TAG's Premium Protection insurance to their orders through https://taggrading.com/products/premium-tag-insurance, which allows for additional purchased coverage at $2500, $5000, and $10000 USD levels.
TAG's Submission Kit service includes up to $1000 insurance coverage for all orders. If a customer does not select TAG's Submission Kit service, TAG highly recommends the purchase of insurance coverage as well as the use of an insured carrier for the shipment of cards to TAG.
As of 4/2/2026, Return Shipping insurance with Signature Confirmation is included in all TAGgrading.com orders - this insurance coverage functions as an extension of the selected grading tier's selected insurance.
