Where Do I Input Card ID information for my order?
Where Do I Input Card ID information for my order?
Updated this week

TAG does not require customers to input information on their cards at the time of purchase.

Following purchase, customers must input their card ID information into the my.taggrading.com customer portal in order to receive information on packaging and shipping their cards to TAG if they are mailing their cards to TAG on their own, or to have their Submission Kit service approved for shipment if they have purchased the Submission Kit service for their cards.

If you have already purchased your grading services, please login to my.taggrading.com using the e-mail address used to place your order and click "Start New Submission" to begin the Card ID process.

We encourage all customers to review TAG's current grading eligibility guidelines at
https://help.taggrading.com/en/articles/6712887-what-can-i-grade-with-tag - as TAG does have some restrictions on cards, such as not accepting any cards manufactured before 1989, cards thicker than 50pt cardstock, "bridge" sized TCG such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, and limiting language to English cards only and a select number of Japanese issues, e.g. TAG cannot accept cards in Chinese, Korean, Spanish, German, Italian, or Russian at this time.

Many card eligibility issues can be resolved by looking TAG's population report at https://my.taggrading.com/pop-report - the cards you wish to submit may have already been graded by TAG at this time.

All Card ID data is reviewed by our Data Team and will be validated with checklist matches shortly following receipt to our facility, as our database is consistently evolving and updating based on new submissions.

If your card meets TAG's eligibility guidelines but is not present in our system, simply identify the card to the best of your ability to the best of your ability at the Card Entry menu in the my.taggrading.com customer portal and select "Add Card Manually to Order." As long as your card is eligible for grading with TAG, there should not be any additional issues from there.
