Can I Use TAG internationally?

Updated over a week ago

TAG's Submission Kit service is only available in the United States and Canada currently.

Customers in many other countries, however, are able to send their cards to TAG for grading and receive return shipments from TAG. Pricing and return shopping costs will adjust to local currency and to reflect international shipping fees at checkout.

Customers in eligible regions outside of the US and Canada who place grading orders will need to mail their cards to TAG directly using a shipping service of their choice. We highly recommend using an insured shipping carrier for all international shipments.

TAG Customer Service is currently only available in the English language, and all inquiries sent to [email protected] must be sent in English.

TAG does not accept any cards in languages outside of English and Japanese currently. TAG does not accept Pokemon cards in Chinese, Korean, Spanish, or German at this time. A thorough guide to TAG's grading eligibility can be found at https://help.taggrading.com/en/articles/6712887-what-can-i-grade-with-tag

Due to recent changes in U.S. policy, which have complicated the shipping process, TAG will temporarily be accepting submissions only from the following countries until further notice. We will be working at streamlining the shipping process and opening our services to other countries as soon as possible, most likely through the use of authorized affiliate partners.

United States

Canada - official partners Slab Sharks and Morrison Trading Post

United Kingdom - official partners The SubCenter and Grade with TAG

We are actively working to expand the list of accepted locations and will keep you updated as we are able to accommodate more areas. In the meantime, we encourage collectors in currently-ineligible countries to voice their support for TAG services in their region to [email protected]
