If you wish to change the return shipping address for a grading order placed through TAGgrading.com, our team may be able to assist you.
First, login to my.taggrading.com and check the Default Shipping address connected to your account - this address needs to be kept up-to-date at all times.
You may manage shipping addresses in the my.taggrading.com customer portal by clicking Account and then Shipping Preferences to add or remove addresses as needed.
If your order was placed before a change was made to your default shipping address, please contact [email protected] with your order number, TAG Grading account e-mail, and confirmation of the new Default Address in your account you need your order to ship to.
IMPORTANT: Changing your address in your Shop Pay account does not affect or change the address for an order in progress.
