I need to change the address on my order - what do I do?

If you must change your return shipping address for a grading order placed through TAGgrading.com, our team may be able to assist you.

First, login to your my.taggrading.com and check the Default Shipping address connected to your account - this address needs to be kept up-to-date at all times - if you wish to change your address for an order, you must have your current address as your Default Shipping address.

You may manage shipping addresses in the my.taggrading.com customer portal by clicking Account and then Shipping Preferences to add or remove addresses as needed.

If your order was placed before a change was made to your default shipping address, please contact [email protected] with your order number, TAG Grading account e-mail, and confirmation of the new Default Address in your account you need your order to ship to.
