How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into the TAG Portal at http://my.taggrading.com.

Click on the "Account" icon, then scroll down to your order history and click on the desired order. If you have not yet input Card Entry information (the information of the cards you wish to submit) for your order following purchase, you may need to click "Start New Submission" first to begin Card Entry.

Once that specific order has populated, you will be able to see precisely what stage of our process that order is currently in.
